TORSA CAPITAL, SGEIC, S.A is a Management Company established in 2006 and has been entered in the Registry of Venture Capital Entities with the CNMV with the number 73.
They currently manage and consult four Funds that combine a total capital of 38 million euro, having realized more than 60 investment operations.
The founding team has a comprehensive experience in different areas of both national and international business, covering a wide range of sectors in industry, technology and services.

GIJON INVIERTE I
Torsa is awarded the management of the Venture Capital Fund GIJON INVIERTE I, created by the City of Gijón to support innovative Gijón-based business projects, with a fully public capital of 6 million euro.
NEOCAPITAL is constituted
Torsa launches the NEOCAPITAL Fund with capital of €9 million and the participation of ICO Global Fund.
START UP CAPITAL CANTABRIA
Torsa collaborates with technical support for the Start up Capital Cantabria programme developed by SODERCAN.
ULTRAMAR is created
Fondo de Capital Riesgo Pyme en Constitución.
